The readings today stress anticipation! We eagerly await the coming of the Savior.  Are we ready for him?

They were all in the upper room, hiding, for fear of the Jews.  When suddenly a great wind rushed in and a great fire appeared and separated into tongues of fire.  And all were filled with the Holy Spirit! Amazing isn't it what a little fire and wind can do? From those humble beginnings, the 120 people assembled in that room became the backbone of a deep belief which has lasted 2,000 years.  Can you just imagine how they felt? Think about it and be set on fire for the Lord!
